		Address by Mr. Lobsang Nyandak, the
		Representative of His Holiness the
		Dalai Lama to the USA and Canada.
		Sponsored by House EDT & Senate WTI, with
		Rep. Ramras, Chair of EDT, as moderator.
		Mr. Nyandak is the highest ranking
		Tibetan Official in North America.
		He will discuss international trade with
		China and ways to encourage trade in such
		a way that protects human rights.
		All are welcome.
